technical-ish/computer question

Ok, so I generally don't use my mouse much....I am good witht he keyboard and tend to rely on it pretty heavily. I think it's a lot quicker, and easier on my hands/wrists.
But there are two things I can never remember how to to....I used to know, and now I can't for the life of me figure it out again.....

When using an internet browser and tabbing through fields (say, in a form) how do you use the keyboard to:
(1) select/deselect a radio button
(2) check/uncheck a check box

thanks

I think you do it with the TAB and SPACE keys...TAB through the form and use the SPACE key to toggle radio buttons.

Or you can jump into the 21st century, and learn to use your mouse.

When you know how to type "properly" using the keyboard can be faster....I have a very nice wireless laser mouse (I think that's current, right?!) but it's faster not to have to keep reaching for it.

if you were really good.... now im talking REALLY good.... you could type with one hand, have one hand out the mouse, and a pen in your mouth writing a list for the grocery shopping you'll be partaking later that evening.
