They got me....$700.00 on my Debit card.

I go online to check my balance, so I can sign up for Autobahn Apr30.
There's a charge from Western Union Call Cash for almost $700.
Fuggin' bastards!!! According to WU somebody in Nigeria is going to town with my cash.
The bank can't doing anything yet, b/c the charge is still 'pending'.
So what little cash I have is tied up indefinitely.
Good thing is it's my personal acct, not the joint. My wife would FREAK!

Everybody, check your accounts!! You never know.

We're thinking it was someone at a store or one of those number pick scams.
I guess they go through and piece together 4-digit numbers as a card number. There was a bunch of stuff that the Fraud agent told me about.

Go here and make sure you follow the steps to get yourself protected from any future charges. We just went through this last year...you're not alone.

There are also PDF forms you can print/fill out to speed up the process. You'll probably need to change to a NEW account...not just a new card. It's a pain in the ass, but a necessary evil of the process.

Good Luck
