HDTony.... Damn glad to meet you!

Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it.

How did he come up with that?

There is nothing firm, nothing balanced, nothing durable in all the universe. Nothing remains in its original state, each day, each hour, each moment, there is change. Change is the essence of life. Embrace change as you do life. To fight change is to live in the past.

Awesome video!

That reminds me of when I was a tanker. We would go out on the tank trails and practice manuevering. The locals would also be out there in their 4x4 trucks which we would use for "target" practice. Gunner HEAT Toyota, Identified, Fire, On the way!

BTW, the Abrams used to use the same 105mm rifled gun as the Challenger but switched to the 120mm smoothbore gun (which was designed by the Germans and is used on the Leopard tanks) which is actually more accurate at longer ranges.

Oh, and our tanks are faster over terrain than the Challenger.

TMFI, I know.

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!

Can't our tanks do like 75mph when you take the limiter off? (not that anyone would EVER do that.)

One of my buddies did have a mechanic take the governor off his turbine and he claimed to get it up to 74mph on a road. Over terrain he said he got it up to 57mph. And let me tell you those tanks ride better than a cadillac... they are smooooooth over rough terrain.
