salary...

I'm just curious to see if this is accurate at all. Does anyone actually make what they say you're worth? I sure as hell don't.

Yea I was looking at that, seeing what I'll be making after I grad. next year. I don't know if that is correct, but I liked what I saw! I doubt that is 100% accurate anyways... expierence, skills, shit like that is what people look for.

I'm short by at least $12,000 according to that. I hate my job even more now.

My manager is supposed to make $50,000 more than me according to the calculator. The useless turd should be making 1/2 of my salary.l

According to that site I am overpaid by about $12,000. Which is B.S., because I am actually pretty much inline with what I should be making.

For the most part, Salary dot com is pretty accurate. You just have to be honest with yourself and the position you truly hold. Like an System Administrator is not the same as a Systems Engineer... stuff like that.

i am about on the low side, but within the 25-75% range, and the small difference isn't worth it because I am happy where I am

edit, after I found my proper job title, I am pretty low. below the 25% range

I read the job description letter for letter and I fit exactly- even a bit better than some parts of the description. And I'm almost exactly $16,000 underpaid. I've never seen a help wanted ad even close to the salary range it's showing on that website though.

I make slightly more than the average on that report, but since my company is not based in TX, they generally pay more than what the San Antonio market offers.
