I'm congested to all hell. MY neck is actually feeling better. A little Mineral Ice does the trick.

Life is too short to ride anything but an R1

In memory of FastBlueR1...RIP

I've been using biofreeze since Christmas day still hurts. I really messed it up this time.

The weather is changign again. That can kick your ass pretty quick. I've been lucky this year. Not even a stuffy or runny nose or anything. Usually I at least get a sore throat or something for a couple days.

Like Crazy said. Pound the Vitamin C and you should be taking a daily multivitamin anyway. Best way is to take 1 250 mg tablet 4 times a day. Don't ake anything for a fever, try ot stay warm and eat some hot foods or soup. You gotta burn that shit out.

You could always quit smoking, probably wouldn't get sick 1/2 as often.

Get a FLU SHOT!

I got a flu shot back in October and I've been feeling SWEET except for the weekend AFTER I got the flu shot (unrelated). Vitamins are good too. Sleep a lot. Noodle soup.

Flu shots are for upper respiratory only. not for stomach. Most people dont realize that.

I got the flu shot and my wife got sick (I think it was more of a cold thing), but not me. She was sick for over a week and is still recovering somewhat. The only thing I have been sick about is the weather and not being able to ride that much!!!!!

I got something overnight....woke up all achy, no energy, no appetite. I wonder if I caught what Mayor Daley had? I guess I'll know for sure if I get a craving for wrought iron fences and go on an anti-handgun crusade.....

Dammit you guys jinxed me! Woke up this morning with my eyes swelled shut... a raging fever and a totally plugged up head. Only reason I came to work is, the doctor is right down the street.
