family mc'ing

I took the hound to a state park yesterday and heard what sounded like an air-cooled engine - but there wasn't any snow on the ground so I was thinking maybe it was some old quad.

Finally I see an Old HD w/a sidecar - dad's driving w/a kid on the tank and mom's sitting in the sidecar w/#2 on her lap. Anyway - every time the guy goosed the throttle the kids all squealed in happiness.

Was cool to see a family having fun on a bike in Janurary

It's cool because those kids will always remember that day. When they turn older, what may seem like an average day for us, will be stuck in there heads forever.

I can still remember riding tank on my dad's 81' FLH "TourGlide" with my little yellow helmet on!(age 4?).....

Then when I was a little older(and cooler) I rode backseat with my pimpin black "glitter" helmet!

What's really wierd is I can still close my eyes and see the mirrors shaking from the vibes and can still remember the feeling of the grab-rails in my little paws.

wanna hear my 1st time experance with a motorcycle?

ok....i was about maybe 10?...and my dad had a dirt we went out to some dirt trail.....i had a helmet on and so did he...we were riding along...i was scared...i couldnt see nothing, and he was moving alot...and as i looked off to the side and down i see the ground like i could touch it almost as it blurred on by.

i started to get comfortable..and right around that time...i was no longer wrapped around his stomach grabing both hands..i was holding on to his sides...we hit this bumb...(we musta got some air?) i went flying off the back maybe doing 40mpr?
twisted my arm, cut 14 stitchs to my right leg.

ever since then he gave up bikes. and has always hated the fact that i could ride better then him...2 years ago he asked me to let him ride my bike...i was like...why dont you ride bitch...ill try not to go over bumps so you dont fall off...he then said..ahh forgot it..i hate those things
