Alt Rock Friday

Workin from home again and woke up in a "Alt Rock" mood and wanted to hear shit that I have never heard before and am digin a new (new to me) band by the name of "Artic Monkeys" and am just crankin their shit

www.wazee.org is screamin through the PC Speaks @ 8:15 am and I gots a feelin it's gonna be a good day

Whatchoo rockin to?

its pretty good. i wouldnt consider it a huge standout album for '06. what I just got that is pretty good and worth checking out is Gnarles Barkley.

its a fun album, more experimental sounding that all the other clone crap out there. Reminds me of gorillaz in that respect. DJ Danger Mouse produced it, I love what he did with that Grey Album(JayZ Black album with Beatles White album).

Diff wave length but I picked up the new "Angles and Airways" disc which is Tom DeLonge from Blink 182's project - I liked Boxcar Racer when it was he and Travis from B182 and this is a bit "lighter" than B182 and BCR - It reminds me a bit of the band "Ride" from a guitar and drum aspect but with Tom D's vocals - I dig it the most
