Does anyone have a vehicle bill of sale form?

Does anyone have a form for a vehicale bill of sale? Someone is coming to purchase a car and I'd like to have something already done up.

Just print out something off computer saying what is being sold and for what pricem, and lastly to whom it is going to then just have both people sign the paper and you might want to make a couple of copies. Oh and don't forget the date. It might not hurt to take a picture. I did this for one car and one bike that I sold and no problems, but I don't know if this was the entirely correct method of doing this. So happy selling.

There are templates somewhere online, but I can't remember where.

no form is needed. Just print out something that has the info on the sale and have them sign it.

or just not get one at all.. state of IL doesn't require one.
