That looks safe . That reminds me of the time I was out riding the dirtbike and a redneck rolled through the parking lot of the riding park with a big ass quad strapped to the top of a little shitbox car.

There's a photo I have saved on my other computer of a CRX with a rack built onto it with a CBR on top of the car. When I first saw it I laughed my ass off at how redneck it was. But then I looked closer, and it was a picture taken about 5 minutes from my place heading to a shop that I just took my bike to to have an insurance quote done. I'm in Carbondale, IL at SIUC.
EDIT: Found it

That's nothing. I saw someone with a motorcycle stuffed in the trunk last year!

Carbondale... Enough said.

There is nothing firm, nothing balanced, nothing durable in all the universe. Nothing remains in its original state, each day, each hour, each moment, there is change. Change is the essence of life. Embrace change as you do life. To fight change is to live in the past.

I wonder how long the ramp is to get that bike up onto the roof of the CRX. I sure wouldn't want to have to balance teh bike and walk it up to the top of a car. I don't know about strapping the front tire down in th trunk ofa car either. The method works but I don't know how they stabalized the front end. There is a product out there for a hitch that locks the front wheel of the bike and the rear just follows along on the ground.
