Yup.. I've been seeing mini vans, SUVs, and other sedans all with regular looking IL plates all over the place. The only way to tell up close is to see the very thin light bars inside the slightly tinted windows...

I drive in Milwaukee quite a bit, yesterday being one of those days. Over the years i have NEVER seen so many cops write tickets as Milw Co. Sherriff sdept.

Is there somewhere on the web to find out how much revenue is generated by traffic tickets? They have to be near the top...its crazy at times

You should be able to go to the branch (county, city) and request to see their financial statements. It's public record. They may not have it table-summarized but it should be burried somewhere for sources of revenue and amounts.

I live here and yes, for the past month, I've never seen so many cops about, having people pulled over, etc.......throughout the state. It's weird!

I, on the other hand, have a super stealth Silver paint job on my truck that seems to be invisible to cops(considering that on Monday, I was speeding in front of a IN State Trooper and he just passed me like I wasn't there)

From my experience don't speed or fuck with the vehicles with it's windows all blacked out. I haven't been pulled over by them but I've seen different vehicles that had pulled over ppl with the same MO.

I'm willing to bet that the jeeps windows were blacked out to.

Today morning on 294 by North ave. I saw burgundy Ford Expedition,
had a nice blue and red lights on, speeding on the other side of a hwy., and also
on golf rd, in Niles a saw Blue Toyota Camry, full of police lights.
You can't tell what do they ride those days.
