Well, she cleans up quite Nicely

Washed the shit out of my bike this evening and gave her a coat of tech wax. Not too shabby for an '85. There's some kind of stain on the left side I'm a have to work on though.

Put about 300 miles on it since I replaced the starter I fried and no complaints yet. Runs and pulls strong through all gears. Last weekend when it was retarded hot and humid I had some issues starting it a couple times, but no problems this weekend in the gorgeous weather.

Looks good.
Shape wise looks like my previews ninja 250.

No, I can't figure out why it's so shiny? But I haven't even armor-all'd it, so it's not slippery or anything.

Yeah, I was taught not to put any of that tire shit on a bike when my dad got his bike when I was like 10. Me and my brother helped him polish the whole thing, and I was going to put some Black Magic on the tires, but he stopped me, and explained why that was a BAD idea.

When we put my bike next to my buddys '06 250, they are practically indentical. Mines just a little wider for obvious reasons.

Nice work polishing her up. I did the same thing to my 10R this morning before riding her to work. Even got the tires all armor-all'ed up. I should take a pic for you guys.

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!
