No Boobies till they hit port then the dock popsies showed up and the boat got all wet with out leaving the dock

figure about 28 to 32 knots. Equals close to about 35 MPH.

Might not sound fast to some but this is a 70 foot boat!

God Bless the Dutch - Crazy Dutch Bastards! - Great Vid - That kind of Deap Sea Sailing is INSANE - Water breaking over the bow constantly and no run off at all - You slip, you're fooooked and stranded out in the middle of no where - That is a tough boat to slow down and turn around for your fallen ass

They had about 4 1/2 hour segments of the Volvo on OLN or Speed last week. They had some of that footage running. There was a segment with Paul Kayard(sp?) talking about how scary fast sections of the Volvo were and worrying about breaking and sinking the boat. I still miss the big offshore stuff and that's nutzo, but I'd be there in a NYM.

the reason I was looking for this stuff was I saw ABN-ABRO being unloaded off of a freighter in Milwalkee just before the Chicago Mac. I was looking to see ho the finished and I found all this cool stuff!!!

I love those VO-70's They guy standing at the grinder in the last vid brings back memorys of a few mac rides with the Santa 70
