Cool Review-SETUP Vision Boots and Tour Master Caliber pants

Yesterday I got my new gear, since I’m a cheapo I got my self a new SETUP Vision boots and Tour master Caliber pants.
Lets start with the boots. I can compare to any other riding boots, but those are very comfortable. All made from soft leather, big protection for shin and ankle. Rubberized spot for shifter, and front slider. Sole of these boots are not slippery at all. Boots are very soft to walk, no hard spots. To my view it could be more sturdy in ankle area. Long zipper so is easy to take them off. Zipper could be more durable, it’s plastic not metal. Shifting is smooth no problems here. In 50deg. temp. foot didn’t got cold or sweaty. Price 129$ from newenough. In scale 1-10 score 8.5.

Tour Master Caliber overpants – perfect sizing, lots of protection on knees, hips, back. Waterproof breathable liner plus extra linear for cold weather. Stretch panels above knees so when you seat on the bike they will not raised up. I had this problem with Alter Ego from JR. Full length zipper so you can go up down or down up, sucks you can separate them on the bottom. In 50 deg. temp, without inner linear with casual pants underneath I was very comfortable, little bit on cooler side, but not cold. Little bit to much Velcro on the sides. 8” zipper on the back so you ca connect your jacket to it.Adjustable waist, waterproof pockets, reflective stripes. Will see how they will perform in hot temperature. I had no problem to do striptease for our secretary with those setup boots on. 125$ from newenough. In scale 1-10 score 8.5.

255$ total with S&H and donation to CLSB. Im very happy with this purchase.
