To be fair, does anyone know if they were pulling 20/24+ hr shifts and were 'allowed' nap or have recreation/break time while the 'tasks' were 'covered' by another co worker at the time. ??

That guys a Rat! We all occasionally play games, surf the web, and check fantasy football stats while at work. I don't see a problem with it as long as it's occasionally. However, I don't agree with sleeping, visiting porn sites, or online gambling while at work.

There are plenty of long houred jobs where there's 'down time' and people are encouraged to take a break, catch a few winks, etc until the next scheduled 'fire' needs to be handled.
