technically you leave anything that has impaled you in place until removed by a medical professional (3 years of lifeguard classes/recert) but I'd have to say man up and pull the Fiskers that can barely cut paper out of your arm and take a shot of something strong as a pain killer

you are correct sir. As a general rule don't yank it out or you could bleed to death, maybe not in this instance though. That crock wrestler guy might have survived if he hadn't pulled the barb out.
