Places to get a nice house with 20 acres or more relatively close???

That's what I'm looking for, would like to keep it under $300k, and there have to be Walgreens around

Preferable no more than 4 hrs from the city.

I was looking at a place near La Crosse, WI, but it may be sold

Around Blackhawk maybe?
