He just botched the joke.

Seinfeld is gonna be on Letterman tonight btw...

3rd declaration: In such extreme circumstances, the law is by definition inadequate. To shame its inadequacy, it is necessary to act outside the law, to pursue natural justice. This is not vengeance. Revenge is not a valid motive-it is an emotional response. Vengeance serves no larger purpose. Society does not benefit from vengeance. Violent men are not deterred by acts of vengeance. The only appropriate response to their actions is the one I have chosen to pursue: a course of purposed, intentional violence. Violence intended to instruct, as much as destruct. A course, in a word, of punishment

Wow that's disappointing for sure. There's no joke in calling your audience members Ni**ers, repeatedly, you can't misunderstand that part of what he said. What a F'in dick. The guy was right at the end saying his career ended with seinfeld, this was just the final nail in that coffin. Good riddens.

Chris rock doesn't say it in hate to his audience members. And being called a cracker is not a real insult in my book.

He left the stage quick because he knew he had to get to his car and get out of there before anyone else left the building.

That's messed up. Not good for the career. I don't think there will be many people buying shirts saying "I helped Kramer save his house"

Letterman's on at 10:30p... Definately going to watch this because I'm SURE this will come up.

All honesty though he said more about his personal feelings w/ the 50 years ago comment than the rest of it.

I think having explosive diarrhea on stage would have been less embarrassing.

It can be said that everyone's entitled to their opinions and in the same swoop everyone's also entitled not to buy/watch/support anything he ever has done or will attempt in the future if they so choose.

im just happy the way that one guy was retaliating. just voiced himself well, he didnt say anything stupid or threatening.

but yea, he lost that joke big time. "nicca" jokes about stereotypical people are ok with me.

but when you call em that because of color. thats a no-no in my book. He came out and said, thats what happens when you interrupt a white man.
