What type of oil should I use?

I am looking to change the oil in my 2005 GSXR 1000. What brand and weight should I use?

Oh I forgot, the GSXR is blue and white.

I think that this thread is in really poor taste Ron. There are many people who come to this board with an honest need to locate a good lubricant. Why can't we all just get along?
