school advice needed

Ok heres the situation, we have all seen it I'm sure in fact with the rules of probability one of us is probably this guy.

So I'm sitting there in this new class as the semester just started, when I suddenly realize we have a experience sharer amongst us. This is the jackass that sits in the back of class and does not shut the ever living fuck up about his life and how he does things compared to the topic at hand. every point the instructor makes mr baseball cap in the back row makes it a point to share his life experience with us in this area, and even some areas that aren't related. we got out of class 45 minutes late tonight and the class still wasn't over due to this waste of friggin' space. whats worse is I didn't learn a goddamn thing tonight that I paid to learn, but I know every argument this fuckin jagoff had with an inspector in the last 5 years. I have never been pushed this far by a fellow student but I think I am going to drop the class due to his constant interruptions. It's either that or I seriously blow up on him right in the middle of class, which will be a major scene by the time I'm done as pissed off as I am.

How do you guys handle these fucktards?

I'd speak to the instructor first, if he won't do anything about it then hes probably a shitty teacher and if thats the case then find this guy after class and . Also kinda surprised no one else has said anything yet, If this is your first day chances are it will calm down but he'll still find some shit to tell at some point every class period

I'm surprised the intrsuctor hasn't said anything to him yet, he must be scared.

NESBA - Seems to be missing, can someone direct me where to find it?

I came about this close to going Tony Soprano on this guy in the parking lot when I saw him out by his car. By this time I was fuming mad, it took everything I had not to break this fuckers window with his face. And thats not a guarantee it still wont happen.

Pee in her butt....

errr...so OK so it doesn't apply to ALL situations (it's usuallly the solution to everything else).

It's the instructor's job to control the process of the class. Your instructor is being a pushover.

wait for the guy to speak off topic.................

then right as it is happening ask the instructor why he is putting up with this crap in HIS classroom, and since your paying for him to be there why is he letting this guy prevent you from getting what you are paying for??
then your problem is solved, he will be too embarrassed to speak.
then you show him how dirty his window is ............Up close and personal..................

+1 I'm sure this guy doesn't mean to be a pain and he probably just doesn't realize what he's doing. Be nice and tell the dude. If he acts like a punk, kick his a$$ j/k Dropping the class would be dumb and you'll lose money. If you add another class, there will probably be another one of those guys in that class too. Just one of those things you have to deal with sometimes.

When said sharer starts a roll. Politely interupt, and ask the instructor if we could get back on topic. I enrolled in this class to discuss ___, and all we have discussed thus far is sharers life experiences.

You where polite to both parties, and stated your expectations of the course. The sharer should at that point be embaressed enough to stfu, and the instructor should be aware enough to stay focused.

If it continues, approach the instructor after class. It is his responsability to stay on track.

And I thought you were such a calm guy....I would kind of jokingly mention to Mr Baseball cap, that everyone got out late because of him, rally your classmates against him. I've been in the same situation...I spoke out in class Tony, make light of the situation....I groaned loudly slammed my head against my desk and said "Girl I want to be home by midnight!" The class laughed and agreed....and she did, for the most part shut her yap.

Uh oh - a 13 year old girl got a hold of Tony's user account.

Don't waste your time tattling to the teacher Cindy Brady - pretend you're as old as you look and confront this knob before your next class. Let it be known that you find his offerings pointless and time consuming and that you'd prefer he shut the fuck up and keep his nonsense to himself.

Basically - pretend he's me!

What most said! Definitely don't drop the class. Why should your development be stifled by some idiot trying to look important.

Let him go on one of his tirades. When finished, raise your hand as if you want to contribute. When the instructor gives you the floor, explain to him how you've paid your hard earned moolah to take this class & don't appreciate the discussion going on a tangent every few minutes. You'd embarrass the hell our of this dude while telling the instructor to stay focused.

Plus you'll be a hero to all your classmates thinking the same thing.
