Seriously!?!?!?! I can think of soooooo many bands that would place above them on that list, in fact so many that I dont think they woudl register hi enough to make the one of the all time mediocre bands ever.

And I can also think of soooo many more people with their own opinions too. This is mine. You can have yours. You're a mod - start a new thread. Hurry and do it while you're still young bub. Also, I'm sure the music I like is far away from what you and most on this board probably dig. I know you were out at the Warehouse jackin' to house right? WBMX BABY! lol

So you guys don't like the classics. Big deal. The Police, Rolling Stones, Aerosmith, Tom Petty, etc. They shouldn't have to retire if they're still able to produce hits. Yeah, Sting has been doing good. And he keeps making hits and his fan base is strong.

I'm sure there are plenty of ripped jeans, dirty looking, alternate bands to cling on too.

If the tickets are fairly reasonable, I'll definitely go. Stings vocals are some of the best. The rest of the band I could give a shit about, but i guess they are needed to play Police songs.

Touchy touchy

I liked Stings more recent solo stuff better than I liked the Police stuff from way back, and yes Aerosmith should just retire already. And classic rock is all we have in Chicago, we dont have a current rock station, so I am sick of all of these over played old bands.

Naw bro. I'm just excited and thought I'd post up. It's no major minor. I can't expect everyone to like what I like. For instance, I don't like the Dixie Chicks music bug glad they did pretty good last night at the Grammy's. Especially since they weren't considered patriotic back in the day.

To all the haters of me and The Police -

They opened for the show. Performed Roxanne. No other performance. It was just to promote the reunion.

I'm sure it's on the net somewhere.
