ultimate frisbee

So it looks like I'm joining an ultimate frisbee club at UIC. I go to grad school there and I saw a flyer in the gym. It's a traveling competing club which seems cool, although I don't know about this 8 hour drive Springfield, Mo next weekend.

8 hour drive for frisbee? Nope, that's way too far.

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!

a couple guys down the hall last year were on the team here, they seemed to have a really good time, might not be too bad

Is Ultimate Frisbee the same as Frisbee golf? If so, what a nice opportunity to walk through the park and smoke weed.

They are different. Ultimate Frisbee is similar to football with a frisbee and frisbee golf is a hippy sport

Yeah, I used to play Ultimate at Calvin College in G.R., MI. One of the best games ever invented, if you ask me, because anyone can play but you still need to work your ass off if you want to win. Good luck

Ultimate frisbee is pretty fun but the definition of fun is arena ball with coach Rex in competative gym back in high school.

I'm thinking its going to be a great excuse to travel and party with college kids again. They will probably think I'm too old and kick me off the team.
