So Monday I head to Asia for an 8 day business trip. I'm going to Singapore, Korea, and Tokyo. Got any tips for me? Anything I should be buying while I"m there?
When in tokyo, go to the motorycle shopping district. aka Bike Town.
There are dozens of shops dedicated to all things motorcycle: street/racing/gear/tech stuff/accessories
WAY cool stuff there! Bring yer ma$tercard!
When in Tokyo go to the seafood district (I forget what it's called but it's the largest fishing port in the pacific). Go really early, make the time, if you like fresh fish and seafood it will be the most amazing thing you will ever see, food wise. I was in Tokyo for one day, that's the place I went. Best sushi I ever had or will have, they walk the fish in still kickin'. Oh yeah, Tokyo is easy to get around, but way expensive.
In Tokyo def go to the fish market. Its remarkable.
In Singapore theres LOTS of touristy things to see. Depending on how long you are there. Try to make it out to Sentosa via cable car. Thats a total hoot. The Birdpark is also amazing.
Never been to Korea outside of transit so cant help ya there Have a great time!
You'll love it! Try eating different kinds of foods, but obviously know what you're eating
Tiger Beer is pretty good in Singapore and you can drink in the streets  In Singapore, the majority of the bars are located in areas called Clarke Quay (key) and Boat Quay, along the river. It'll probably be close to your hotel.
If you have the time, try and do the Night Safari while there. You sit in this little open air train that goes through a wild life park where the animals are not in cages (tigers, elephants, etc..), you're just separated by a big ditch.
In Tokyo, Roppongi Hills is where most of the Western themed bars are at, pretty rocking places, but make sure you also hit up an Izakaya (Sake House). If you're into electronics, at night, walk through Akihabra. You'll see some pretty cool laptops and cameras and prices are actually pretty good.
