so i dont know why i had to do the written, which i really don't care, but nor did i know i had to do them or else i would have studied a bit of WHAT THEY WANT TO HEAR.

Red light means stop
Green light means proceed with caution
If other motorists call in complaints w/ your plates it can trigger the exams as well. From what I understand some are purely random but accidents, citations, & complaints can trigger the tests.

I gotta go in the next two weeks. I have to change my address and renew so everything matched my passport for my honeymoon. Does anyone know what you need to change your address?
I'm due to renew in June. Jost got a letter informing me that due to not having been caught with any infractions, I can renew my DL by mail!
