go buy a box of licorice from costco or sam's club and chew on that. it helps the teeth settle in faster

how long are you stuck with those?

I get mine removed in another month or two (I hope). It's been a fun 15 months so far.

I always found Aluminum Foil worked great to relieve the pain.

It stops after about two days.

At least that is what I remember from when I got mine at 12.
