Apartments Suck!

This is my first time living in an apartment and i like our place for the most part but right not there is a party going on in the apartment above us. All I hear is the bass of the music and everyone every thirty seconds yelling "ooohhhhh" and the cracking and creeking of the floor. Our complex is made up of alot of UTI students. Oh well we are going to start looking for a house soon so we'll have one lined up when our lease is up.

The only thing on the TODO list you should be doing right now is the honey. If not, go upstairs

Apartments do suck. At the last place I lived we had some trashy guys in their early 20's living above us. I had to call the cops on them a few times, and once they almost set their apartment on fire. Those MENSA candidates left french fries in the oven and passed out drunk. The fries caught fire and I woke up smelling the smoke, and took action.

Needless to say their lease wasn't renewed. I hate trash like that.

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!

when you have a loud neighbor fill a garbage can full of water and lean it against the door and when they open the door it will fall into the apt and create a nice mess.

Renters usually suck. It's hard to find good long term tenants.

Concrete floors are key for apts.

I live in fear of this. I'm extremely lucky to have the tenant I have.

Sneaky sneaky.

That's the one that is selling drugs and making pornographic videos in all the rooms. Not to mention the meth lab in the kitchen and the kids locked in the closets.

Apartments DO SUCK..and some landlords are crazy.. well mine is. I have been in a few since I was separated from the Wifey. Moving here and there needing more space. I was finally Divorced last month, and immediately went looking for a home. Finally found one I liked and in my price range. I close on it at the end of the month. Woot! Home Owner again!

I know why, I had sex with a chick in a hallway once and shot it on the wall. The stain is still there.

I hate renting. Been doing it for 4 years now. I look back in regret to all the money I have wasted.
