For a leather jacket, not a bad deal.
My experience with MotoGP/Berik has been exclusively with their 'roo leather items, and they're essentially 1-2 time use products. I've heard similar stories from others about them. Also, these were all crashes at track speeds.
From what I've seen, their cowskin stuff holds up OK. Grasshopper has crash tested his and they held up ok.

Somebody just potsed up about that deal a couple weeks ago. I think Jimm bought one?

I'm sick of following my dreams. I'm just going to ask them where they're goin', and hook up with them later!!

No, I thought about it but I never wore one before and didn't want to get the wrong size and then deal with sending it back and trying another....etc..

Anyone wore this brand before?? How should I measure myself? Are they tighter or bigger than the Joe Rockets?

Just go get mine at a store somewhere, probably along with a new helmet. Odered my bags though, shipment confirmed this afternoon, should be in by at least thursday.

I bought one a few weeks ago. Wore it once so far. I wear a size 38 Teknic and the small MotoGP fits me just as well. So far so good. I have not detected any defects yet. For $139 it is a great deal.

I'm the chubby kid on the block. Wear 36-38 pants. I think my Joe Rocket jacket was a 46 or a 48, forget though? Can anybody tell without seeing my fat ass?

Vehicles with 4 wheels.

Oh, wait, I forgot the over the handlebar superman flight at Badlands when he had his quad. Man he popped up out of the water like a scuba diver and all you could see were his wheels, A-arms, and rear axle facing the sky.

Maybe hydroplaning a 4-wheeler across a big deep water hole can't be done??

Dude, you create a thread AND call me to get opinions, i tell you it's good IMO (Saw Mao's), yet you still don't have an answer. Put it this way, any jacket is beetter than NO jacket, and as i stated yesterday when you bothered me while i was gettign road head, that the jacket looks great, padding in all the right areas, etc etc. I sure hope that this doesn't go for 42 pages, you indecisive bastid!

My opinion not good enough for you Silent? I see you want another 18 page thread.

I will never purchase anything with white for the street ever again. After 16k miles my Alpinestars Stunt textile looks like it came off a hobo who wore it for 15 years straight. And this is with regular cleaning/washing.

Wait until your buddy with the Icon leather jacket falls asleep, then steal his. I hope your buddy Cabbage Patch Kid is ok from his wreck. Maybe he had to go potty again.

Buy one for your buddy with the RR, i guarantee you'll get a good crash rating. Seriously though, the jacket is 70% better then some of the others i've seen, i'd get it, especially at that price.

I have the other Moto GP jacket Apex Leather I'm 5' 10" with a 46" chest and 33" waste. The coat is uber tight but fits like skin which I like. Plenty of room to move around in. Coat is good never crash tested it but I've had it for a year with no issues with zippers or padding or wear. The only complaint I would have is that the elbows get sore from the inside rubbing on longer rides. I took out the back protector and use an A* instead as I prefer more padding. Looks like a turtle shell kinda but I'd rather be able to walk again in the event of a crash.

Thanks for posting the deal I'll let a buddy know that needs a coat.
