Scary, but I may be maturing

Went up to Autobarn this morning to pick up the veedub after I had some under work done on 'er post running over something on the hwy - As I am waiting for the car to come around, I strike up convo with the Sales Mgr who is a great guy and he takes me over to the other side of the Dealership and shows me a '03 Dark Gray with Blk Leather under 20K mile Audi RS6 with every option known to mankind - I know we all have different tastes but this is one bad ass 4 door sedan with close to 450 hp and just about the same trqe - We start crunchin numbers (cuz I am impulsive as fuck when it comes to these things) and I could have pulled the trigger but it would have put me back in a hole that I have spent time (driving my current $20K car) getting out of - God Damn I want that car but for some reason, I looked at him and said it is just putting me where I don't want to be right now (jrock, this is what I was doing while I was talking to ya on the blower)

I jumped in the GTI, beat the piss outta 'er on the way home with that Audi in my head the entire time - Can't beleive I am growing up

audi's are shit. you would have been in dealership more then you would have been driving it. chances are that same guy would have tried to get you to upgrade further on one of your many trips to the stealership.

You're flimsy financial "explanations" bore me. Don't you even know how much trim I could get riding in a car like that? Lots. That's how much. So suck it up, save your excuses, and go fetch us that RS.

I'll be waiting outside the yoga studio talking to my high powered "broker" and looking rich and successful. Wait down the block until my signal. If there's time, I'll find one of her friends for you.

Done and done.

lol "explanations"

Girls can't tell the dif between a RS and an A4.

"includes 10 used-car dealers or auto repair shops, 11 liquor stores and bars--two of which advertise lingerie fashion shows and a third billed as a "gentlemen's club"--three cut-rate motels and one trailer park. The squat, brick municipal building is next to a currency exchange and a few steps from an adult video store. The bars open at 10 a.m. and close at 6:30 a.m."

Hey Bug that is the reason I sold the Ducati and the GSXR 750. Buying a new place downtown I needed to make some decisions so it was back to a sub $5000 motorcycle till next year.

Where did you find chip for RS6 for $600? APR has one but it's $2900 and gives you 520HP/538lb-ft on 93 octane gas. Manual transmission is the only way to go! Too bad Audi does not offer MT in RS6 :-(
