got into accident on way home from Putnam

So i drive the 200+ miles from Putnam to Wood Dale.. i'm 1/2 a mile from home and some lady turns left in front of me at the intersection of Irving Park Road and Prospect Rd. I t-boned her with my truck and trailer I was doing about 35mph when i hit the brakes before smackin her.. I had the green light. She got out of her car saying "but i had the green arrow" too bad for her.. THERE IS NO GREEN ARROW at that intersection.

i'll get some better pics tomorrow when its light out

and her car

Sorry to hear it...

I gotta tell ya..... we just about piled up our rig at the tollboth on 294 just
before the 290 exit when a cab in the 2nd lane from the LEFTMOST lane
just stopped becaus he was somehow confused about what was going
on with two truck in the next lane right.

I think in my lifetime I have done 2 or 3 ABS inloked stops on dry pavment.

This was a full ABS lane change left to miss the topping cab with two
bikes in the trailer.... I shit you not we missed the cab be a few inches
with 30+ MPH differential. I think I drove 25 the rest of the way home.

Good you weren't on the bike... I'm thinking... people like that should be restricted to motorcycle-only license for a couple of years. Natural selection will sort them out.

Damn that sucks, Alex. Glad you and the dumb b*tch are okay, though. Get to a doctor, get checked out, then get your truck fixed like brand spankin' new. I'd say I can't believe she did that, but I've seen idiots like that too often.

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!
