it's on a cell phone...I'd like a higher quality way than playing it into a microphone...but that will do the job if all else fails so thanks

Get a 2.5mm to 3.5mm male phono plug cable and plug the 2.5 into your headset for the phone, and the 3.5mm into the mic (or audio-in) on the computer.

Set your volume to about 1/4 or 1/2.
