I've only seen it at Six Flags. Depending on what era you were looking for you could probably put together outfits at a thrift store.

Although this isn't something they normally do, call Naper Settlement and see if they can let you try on some costumes (if they have any on hand) and snap some shots in front of the Mansion, church, print shop, or other fun buildings.

They will probably say NO, but phrase it in such a way that you would also like to make a donation to the Settlement. Ask for someone who works w/ the Period Volunteers. You might get lucky and snag someone in a good mood.
