What break-in period? Non-existent if you ask me. Only thing you need to do is not stay at certain rpm for prolonged periods. Other than that - Ride it like you'd normally drive it.

congratz! Just don't stay at the same RPM and tear into her. I followed the breakin guidlines for the first 100 miles and said screw it. Change the oil more often at first and you should be fine. With 11,000 miles and one season of racing on it, my R6 was still making more horsepower than stock at the end of last season.
