Looks nice. The lid held up well during a crash test out in Wi. Get it.

Nice. Now you can go sip bubble tea and oogle at women in Chinatown with the other Asians.

I almost bought a 2006 Gixxer 750 this weekend. Had cash in hand and seller had title in hand. Unfortunately his idea of Lojack was some paste you put all over the bike and "can be tracked by satelite." I felt mislead, seller did not want to budge on price so I said fock it.

does anyone know.. so this bike is just about brand new(300 miles).. but my gimp friend didn't ride / start it since late summer of last year after he installed an alarm on it. the bike does not juice up, alarm or anything. I just bought a porto battery tender and we're going to shock it to life tonight, what are the chances the battery is thrashed?? will it be rechargeable?

hell, i don't even think he kept the chain lubed through winter But i'm bringing the spray and chain cleaner with me tonight, anything else I should check before riding it home(tires?)? assuming we can get it started with no hitch..

Congrats! If anything disconnect the alarm for now just to make sure the battery is ok and then reconnect at a later time. Chances are the battery should be fine, but make sure to take for a long ride and do NOT shutoff. This way the battery can charge up or just pull the battery and let charge over night which is what i would do.

I'm sick of following my dreams. I'm just going to ask them where they're goin', and hook up with them later!!

Thanks for the info, I'll disconnect it and ride for about an hour or two. How badly do you think the chain itself is F'd up? No lube for a year? but he didn't ride it sooo luckily.

UGHHH, drove out to Oak Park with my buddy to work on getting the bike... stupid battery man. The bike wouldn't turn over.. no lights or anything. We popped open the seat and used my batter tender to try and charge it. I connected it to the battery and then plugged in the charger. The "Charging" light never came on... thought it might be the charger that was broken... so i put it on my car and the light came on.

Guessing the battery is completely trashed, anyone have a URL or manual on how to change the R6S battery? It looks like I might need to remove the tank to get the battery out.. the whole where the seat is doesn't seem big enough for it to slide out. Any ideas?
