The Origin of your Screen Name

So it dawned on me today that a lot of our screen names don't appear to make a lick of sense. SilentAlero? Is that an oxymoron because of the train horn? If that's the case then it makes sense, but what about Vcook or ChiefBD or WhiteSeatEnvy?

Anyway, post up an explanation of where you got your screenname.

SmartDrug= back in highschool this was a stupid inside joke about how it would be easier to just take a pill than to study and since I never studied and was still in honors classes, I must be on the "Smart Drug". It became my AOL screenname and just stuck around. Lame I know, but that's all I got.

Same here. My name is whiteSe and I ride an atEnvy.

I've had mine since my AOL days in 8th grade. ABSOLUT (like the vodka) + nie (no in polish)= is a word in polish which means something like "of course."

It makes no sense but I have a terrible memory so I use it for everything.

I honestly don't remember where mine came from. I've used it for so long on everything, it's just kind of stuck.

Mine is confusing as fuk to most people and I've thought about changing it.

One of the first tickets I got on 2 wheels was for excessive speed. I've got a honda CBR1100XX. Seemed like a good fit.

Well, I tried to have kkline cuz I like simple as well, but for some reason the site made the screenname, and then wont let me use it. So I made another, and it just means I like going fast and I have a ZX. If I get a new bike I'm screwed. That or I'll have to have that other one start working. lol

Met some guys from the other board while out riding my Harley 883 so I registered the next day and called myself Slowasscruiser. That was my screen name for a long time until I got the R6 and then a mod cut off the "cruiser" to Slowass. I kept the name for the historical value.

Back in my college days I used to play counterstrike religiously, so well that the guys on my floor called me the Chief, kind of fit since I went to U of I and the Chief was the mascott. Since there are many chiefs out there I added my personal flavor and put the BD on the end which has a double meaning (Big Drawls and Big D*** ). Certain crowds will get the more PC meaning

Wanted to use TrainingWheels on cycleforums but it wouldn't let me so I picked something else that was clever. Now it is confused with Zombie often on xbox live and other sites.

I get that all the time, people start calling me Chef on Xbox live, then they really let it ride with South Park jokes when they hear my deep voice

I used to ride a 97 FZR 600. Way back when CLSB was just a forum on SBN the name "97FZR600" was taken. They used to call FZR's "fizzers", like people say "gixxer" instead of GSXR so I took 97Fizzer600. Yeah, I realize it's lame. I should change it some day.
