Along with 294, 94, 90, and 290 during rush hour. This is why I try to start work before everyone else or later than everyone else.

Is it really backed up? I have training in Schaumburg at 8:30. Is there an alternate way from Naperville?

I hear you. I was going to ride to work today, but I don't find siting in traffic fun. I might ride from the city to libertyville for work tomorrow and just go during non-rush hour times.

$50 is chump change.

Yesterday I drove a Nissan Armada to Starve Rock. 4 Adults, fishing gear and a 17 foot fishing boat. We averaged 11.5MPG on the Armada and even less on the boat. Total spent in gas way over $100.

294 sucks ass. 20 miles of road construction, and maybe 3 workers out there each day.

Why don't you go to work earlier or later? You've got the flexibility Shelly, so might as well take advantage of it...

The first time I rode my bike to work this season I got to work and said never again... 2 hours of stop and go on 90 isn't too bad in the car, but man it sucks on the bike... I could barely grab the clutch after an hour... now when I ride to work, I leave really early so I fly to work in 45 minutes!

Sometimes your knight in shining armor is just a retard wrapped in tin foil.

You gotta leave for work at like 5:30 AM in order to have smooth sailing in that traffic. And for God sakes -- don't ride the bike when it's like that! Pick your battles. I NEVER ride to work when I gotta sit in that shit. It's dangerous as HELL, and NO FUN ANYWAY.

Damn shelly.... you have to realize that a boring day on a motorcycle is still better than a good day in a car. The trick is to put your phone number across your ass when riding, then you will have a date for everynight of the week. DUH!!!

So much to teach you yet.........
