Talking I'm finally employed!!!

This Friday I start my new job. I'm not going to post the company name since you just never know who is reading, but it's an international company with 2000 employees. It manufactures products for the computer, telecomm, aero/mil and automotive industry. I'll be working in the Lombard office near Finely and Butterfield and will be receiving very much the same salary as at my previous job. Thank goodness!!! My new title is "Marketing Communication Specialist"

Hopefully I will like this company and my new job!!! I can't wait to start working after 9 months of being unemployed and getting some real paychecks

..... can you say "R1"?

Very Cool, Congrats.

Kind of ironnic that you finally get a job and Grover gets laid off. Hope govers stint of unemplyment isn't as long.

Prairie Rock … yea, the last time I was there was my birthday, I'm way overdue for a vanilla beer myself. Maybe next week we can have CLSB a get together?

Unfortunately I have some major bills to pay first, I've been kind of living off my credit cards for the last 9 months. I'll start looking for an R1 maybe around July or August. I'm in no rush unless I get a bug up my a**
