to all the ladies on CLSB....."congrats to you all"

1st off i am happy this time around the ladies forum is working and growing. we tried to grow it like this a few years ago but it flopped.

i want to thank those of you that are spreading the word to other ladies. i want to thank those of you that are organizing and leading and further getting the ladies comfortable and group wise together in motorcycling.

what ever you girls are doing, keep it up cause you have the start of something BIG if you continue on your current growth and leadership.

also as you all know sometimes the CLSB men are horn dogs and leg humpers but thats to be expected but hey that part of being a women i guess "dont know cause i am not a women" but you girls know what i mean.

just wanted to say GREAT job, and dont forget with leadership and growth growing pains can sometimes be a rough road but with hard work and determination and some good minds you girls can pull it off all by yourself.

glad you are enjoying your own forum, your own rides, and your own togetherness in a men dominated sport which is purely because women dont step up.

glad you ladies are!

congrats

p.s GUYS please dont turn this thread into some bullshit leg humping fest!
thank you.

Well said, Ken.

I was just saying about the same stuff to some of the ladies in E-mail and PMs.

I'm happy to just sit back and let the ladies do their own thing.

Obviously, this goes without saying. Of course they can! They don't need some man to tell them that.

Have fun ladies!

maybe that line i didnt explain clear enough. i meant 1 or more them will have the be the lion of there jungle and make sure people act right for the group while on rides, etc. kinda like me sticking my foot up peoples ass when i need to. or doing something i dont like but i have to for the sake of others.

hope that helps, and if it doesnt, just pm me, i dont want to turn this thread into "about odysseys"

thanks.

Thanks for providing a forum and encouraging women into the sport as well. I know that we have more women at the track every weekend. Last weekend at Hallett we had 5 women in the B group.

The best news was that the fastest and most improved rider in the B group at Hallett was a woman. Way to go, Megan!

Thanks Ody, for your kind words! This Ladies Forum is very cool and everyone is so helpful and welcoming. It is very exciting to see the female riding population grow!

I think my lack of posting lately has something to do with it. There seems to be an inversely proportional relationship between my posting and the number of females that stick around.

"includes 10 used-car dealers or auto repair shops, 11 liquor stores and bars--two of which advertise lingerie fashion shows and a third billed as a "gentlemen's club"--three cut-rate motels and one trailer park. The squat, brick municipal building is next to a currency exchange and a few steps from an adult video store. The bars open at 10 a.m. and close at 6:30 a.m."

I am glad for all and please don't take this the wrong way ladies but guys, have you never seen ladies who ride? I enjoyed seeing them roll in last night and think it is cool but I don't look at them a "chick riders" they are just CLSB Members - I have ridden with ladies for years and a few are better riders than I **cough***cough***jenya****cough***cough

I think it is cool and all but hey, it is just a growing family to me

thanks ken. it is nice to see that there is a place that we can go, once we prove that we have a vagina, and talk with other women about our unique issues.

It's a shame I can't take advantage of it.

Thanks everyone...I really enjoy the site (I think I'm checking the site more than actually working when I'm at work!) and the chicks forum.

The girls I met for the first time last night and the ones I met from before are all awesome. I agree it is nice to be a part of a group of girls where there's no competition and catty attitudes, just down to earth girls to like to ride....Big props to us all!!!!
