Des Plains Honda once again rocks!

i gotta tell you, ever since i bought this bike with them, any thing and everything from them has been respectful, professional, prompt no bullshit service.

today i had to go back in with a simple phone call last night to get my front tire maybe replaced again. the tire was more then likely had a slipped tire ply making it feel for the last 200 miles like utter shit. like my front tire is on a bag of golf balls. once i got to strats last night with the wife it really made me nervous cause she was on the bike.

went in today, and like always they were prompt, professional, and fixed the problem ASAP and never have they ever fucked up my bike with scratches or what not, and this goldwing is not an easy bike to take apart and work on.

thanks guys you all bunch of great guys in service!

I totally agree w/ odysseys. I bought my Superhawk there last June, and anything that I've needed they have taken care of me. I drive out there from Elgin, and it's worth every mile. I'll buy my next bike from there.

Bought 2 of my bikes from them (actually three if you count the Shadow 750 I no longer own). Good sales people, good technicians. I'll be bringing in the VFR to them next week for the 600 mile maintenance. I always get good service as well.

THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK!!! of OIL! How the hell does that work??!?!??! So i ask the guy, he says "well most likely on Friday we will get it"
WTF?!?!?! no i have to drive all the way to Schaumburg to pick up oil..
I've noticed you've been bad mouthing them for years!

Been dealing with them for Honda exclusively for over 16 years now, if that tells you anything...
