i just got the good news from the doctors today!!

thank goodness, finally some good news.

after 4 years of dealing with doctors and making sure nothing will go wrong. they finally have a procedure to reduce the size of my current donkey dick, to a normal 8inch penis.

fucken A!!!

all kidding aside, the REAL word from the doctor is my hand is back to normal, 1/2 the reason i gave up the track this year was cause my hand goes dead because of cutting off blood flow with a my muscle tissue that shifted some vains to close to my thumb bones.

I had the same procedure done.. it's pretty painful. But i'm not causing women to walk bow legged anymore... well worth it.

caprel tunnel? or was it because of something else? being serious here because I've noticed a similar problem and thought it was because of how much I type at work.

Cool beans!

Icecold, tingling/numbness in finger tips? If so, yeah, some beginnning symptoms (had mine checked at work PT, did ultrasound and stuff, felt kinda good, plus my therapist had huge boobies that rubbed on my forearms when she was 'workin' on it lol).

Great news. Now you can give your other hand a rest and whack off with the hurt one. It'll be like having a brand new girlfriend.

i forgot what they called it but from mainly i believe and so did he the pressure i put on my palms while breaking on the track i created a davit in my palm right under my thumb. it shifted muscle tissue over exposing my nerve and main blood supply to my thumb ans index finger.

it got to the point i couldnt feel, move my thumb and the blood flow stopped causing me to kill tissue cells for the lack of blood.

they wanted to cut me open but i said fuck that, and been using hand therapy on my own. it seems it works cause its getting better and i don't have that issue to much. by next year for sure, ill be back on the track kicking some ass again!

Did the dr opt for you to get surgery? Cause in some cases it could get worse. I type all day long, 8 hours straight, and every hour i have to take a break to do hand excercises (per therapist). Do this:

-Hold your hand out as if you were going for a hand shake withthe thumb up, then pull it back and down until you feel the stretch, hold for 5 counts.
-Hold your hands out as if you were playing slap with palms facing downward (not sure what the proper term is), and spread your thumbs out (only thumb) until you feel the stretch.

What you should also do is rub the palm of your hand often, focusing on the thumb area since that's where you are having pains.

I have problems with my right thumb do to a sports injury (hyperextended from a b-ball) so i off/on pains too.

Lastly, when you sleep, try to keep your hands open, most people ball it up into a fist which is a nono, try trapping it under the pillow or wear a brace. Good luck, hope it gets better since you are painter and all...

thanks actually the handshake pull the thumb back and forth kinda helped at 1st but i found touching the thumb tip and pinky tip to help stretch it and shift the muscles back. got that from the therapist
