I read these books years ago, and the movie plots are not even close to the book plots.

I'm sure they are good movies, but I keep expecting to see stuff from the books, and I don't.

In the novels the main bad guy is Carlos the Jackal. The Bourne Ultimatum is where the two super-spies finally face off.

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!

more like he chases bourne just to take the title. I found the sequel books a bit lacking, not a big fan of them even though I like Ludlum. The movies, while no where even remotely close to accurate, are more fun.

I thought the author passed away and someone completely different has been writing books based on the movie or some such thing...rather then the other way around.

I know I read the original Bourne Identitiy and I liked it far better then the movie...but the movies are quite good.

I'm up for seeing it. Mebby we can take over an AMC 30 or something??
