Anyone know of any roads out east to ride

I am thinking about taking Friday off of work and headed out east for a long 3 day weekend ride. I would be headed out Friday early morning and coming back Monday morning. So what ever miles i can put on in a good 3 day run would be great. I know I will have to slab it at some points but would like to geta route will some decent corners.
