aarrgh!!

Anyone curious as to why I'm not around?
My goddamned dog took a sharp fingernail to my eyeball and I've been away from the computer for a week now. It's still painful to look at the computer and although my doctor has forbidden me to use it, I am so damn bored I can't stand it. This is the fist day that I'm not puking from the painkillers or from the f-ed up depth perception that I have from earing an eyepatch.

To add to my anger (for anyone who doesn't already know) I wore an eyepatch for 8 months in high school, so I pretty much feel like I'm WAY over quota on Lifetime Eyepatch Wearin.

I can stand about 5 minutes of the computer at a time and even so it's set to the lowest level of brightness and I have sunglasses on. I feel like stevie freaking wonder.

Get the dog an eyepatch so he knows what your going through. I would cut off his leg that he scratched you with also for punishment.

thanks (some of you).... should be ok long-term. doc said that the old injury was keeping this one from healing quickly but other than that there was nothing out of the ordinary. it's a big ass scratch though. my bf could see it from across the room when the doc put that illuminating stuff on my eye.

and, shiver me timbers, enough with the pirate jokes! ye scalawags hurt my feelings with yar merry yarns.
