whats it like watching a team, that so recently became world champs, play like a little league team while their crosstown rivals go on a 6 week tear towards 1st place?

Wow, talk about "ill timed"

Listening to Hawk Harrelson flounder during the broadcast is oft better than watching the Cubs daily win..."DAB GUM IT!!!!"

Or blame everything on one guy, that may have affected a single out in an entire series.

Nah its just all the stuff you cub fans have left laying around for the past 100 years. Don't worry we will leave it there and you can pick it up when you come back in september.

the cubs / sox debate will go on for ever. i think it is two debates
who has the better team and
who has the better fans.

sox normally have the better team world series or not but it is hard to tell that when there is no one in the stands
having sell out crowds even after 99 years of no world series says alot.

Man, remember that year that the Cubs won it all?
No? Don't worry, nobody else does either.

But damn, those Sox do suck this year. Makes having to listen to that 'tard DJ even more painful.

We should place a wager on this? who has the better record by the end of the season, sox fans vs. cub fans. the losers takes the winners out to eat or a cookout?

already got a bet here with one of my employees. Whoever has the better record (which the sox are only 7 games behind them after the dbl header wins) the other has to wear a dress of the other team....so far i see him being fired before the season is over

Come on lets do a cook out where the loser losers hosting it or going to a bar or restaurant where the loser or losers pay. I think we can get a little group to go in on this. to make fair we can both start with clean records from whenever to the end of the season.
