As much as I bitch about...

....neighborhood kids, I am loving them today, 3 of them are out there in this heat right now mowing my lawn for 20 bucks. No way I was going out there to do it

And they are bagging it

My friend mowed his neighbor's lawn one time and never got paid. Apparently his neighbor sent her daughter to flirt with my friend hoping he would forget about the money.

Mowing the lawn with your self propelled mowers must be tough on you guys.

Get out there you lazy mofo's! If my old man was alive...That's what he'd be saying to me if I didn't mow my own grass. A little hard work will do ya some good.

I like to do my lawn normally, I am really anal about making all the lines perfectly straight, and I have a kick ass gas string trimmer, I do every edge on my property every week with that thing. but with this heat.... screw it

Every arrest and charge I see involved being on public property or riding down the street on one. I've not found anything that falls into the private property arena.

Open container laws by federal mandates state: "Apply to all vehicles on a public highway or the right-of-way (i.e. on the shoulder) of a public highway" which would include a sidewalk, but again, no mention of private property.
