I hate Warrenville pigs!!!

What a fucking asshole. There was one car sitting in the right hand lane, and then there is a large shoulder. Me and about 5 other cars drove about an INCH on the shoulder to turn right because this dickhead had to get in the right lane and not pull up to let us turn. The stupid fucking pig pulls ME over. He was a complete DICK! I don't have anything on my record for the past 5 yrs, and I get a stupid fucking ticket for the stupidest thing ever. Violated "Do not drive on shoulder" sign. Are you fucking serious? Thanks for protecting the citizens, because I am a real menace to society.

Sorry, but I really hate dickhead cops who have small cocks, so they make up for it this way. What a great way to start my vacation weekend.

If only you had the bike, you could have split lanes and he would not have seen you. If the exit was right there, that was a crappy ticket.

It's possible there have been some incidents in that area in the past. There was a child killed on 53 near me several years ago due to someone driving on the shoulder, they put signs everywhere (more than there were) and now it's cracked down pretty strongly. just an idea.

Yes, crappy ticket, but was the cop doing his job?

I got a ticket for doing the same thing, I was mad that it had to be me that got caught.

This is a shoulder off of butterfield and 59. The right lane on 59 is pretty big. When cars are pulled up to the line at the light you can easily fit on the right of them and turn right onto butterfield. He wasn't, so the outter side of my tire skimmed the line in order for me to turn right. Yeah, okay I didn't follow what the sign said, but ticket worthy? I don't think so, I think a warning would have been fair seeing as I have a good driving record.

Also incidents of bicyclists being hit by people driving the shoulder, etc.

Staying behind the car to wait to turn would have taken less time overall.

No, I'm always very polite to them. I can't smile and do all that fake shit like some girls can, I've never been very good at being a fake person. I've gotten out of tickets just by being cooperative. If I'm getting a ticket, oh well, I'd rather get one then some cop thinking he is god and can make a girl do just about anything to get out of a ticket.

Yeah, well there were no bicyclists anywhere, it's not like I drove for a mile on this stupid shoulder. The shoulder isn't even that long enough for a bicyclist to consider really, and if they did they have to be dumb, because it is traffic hell there with semi's all day.

if you feel you were talked to or treated unjust by the communication of the officer, call the dept and ask for the watch commander.

I understand Gixx, from what I have observered from you over the years you are very independent and don't like to kiss anyone's ass. I just wanted you to know that it is okay to use sex as a weapon in these situations. Remember Jenya's incident a few months back, she got away with a warning, with far more violations than you have here. You don't have to do anything too crazy, just a little flirting could get you out of things like this. I'm a big black dude, so these actions would get me a back seat ride to the station . It is just using what you have to help you out of a bad situation. My best weapon against the cops is full gear and a tinted mirror visor I have never been pulled over on my bike, many times in a car.
