Joined the broken bone club!

So, I was coming home on Sat night, was literally 2 minutes away from home (who said that most accidents happen near home???) when I stopped at a red light, and looked at a group of people hanging out on the side of the road (a bit of target fixation, perhaps...), must have turned the handlebars a lil to the right, and when I put my feet down, my right foot slipped, and there I went.

Even though I dropped the bike on my foot, it's not like the first time that ever happened, so I didn't think much of it. My foor swelled and was hurting, but then I went to work the next day and stood on it for 8 hours...

So, you can imagine my surprise when I went tp get an xray yesterday, when the doctor told my that my foor is broken IN TWO PLACES!!!

GRRRRR!! So, it looks like I'm off the bike for about a month!

Hey Welcome Aboard!!!!!

That's a bummer, and I feel your pain. I'm 7+ weeks in, welcome to the boredom/jealousy.

Heal up quick, and take your time with it. No need to risk further damage by rushing anything.

And to step up to the big time, go out and get yourself some Ti! (kidding )
