What's the best daytime cold medicine?

I'm out in Cali with a cold and I was wondering what's the best daytime cold medicine? I have only really used dayquil in the past, but if there is something better let me know. I'm running to target in a few minutes. Thanks guys.

I've tried most, but for me I always came back to Dayquil.

Eat something spicy too.. that gives your immune system a nice kick in the ass and drains the sinuses.
(DATY on a Latina doesn't count)

... but the endorphine rush might help

I like Theraflu personally. I have one right now too, and I've been taking Dayquil, Theruflu, cough drops and been drinking a half gallon of orange juice all morning. I take Airborne at night as well. It's probably pretty dangerous mixing all the stuff I take, but at least it makes me feel better.

Metaboquil.

Grind up Metabolife and mix with Nyquil. Fixes prostate cancer.
