Mazda stealership service departments

Hey does anyone know anything about Biggers Mazda or Schaumburg Mazda's service departments, or know of anything else close to the Hanover Park area so I wouldn't have to go all the way up to Lake Villa with the car in case the need arises.

what did you want to know? I've been to Pugi mazda, they kind of pissed me off not giving me a rental car and making me bring it in twice, once to find out what was wrong, order parts etc, then again to actually have the work done, major pain in the ass.... On the other hand community mazda in orland park has always given me loaner cars, but they lost my key once, and mis diagnosed a problem once....

I haven't personally yet dealt with service at Bigger's Mazda, but I purchased my MS6 there and I've already recommended them to other people.

Schaumburg Mazda I have only heard bad thing about and after a few short, rude encounters with their sales staff I wouldn't set foot in there or call then for anything.

Just trying to find out if there is any one service department that is better than another one. Have warranty to 100,000 miles, front end has been making noise, I personally think it is tires and alignment, inside edge of front tires is starting to get a chop on it, usually says alignment. We are working on 40000 miles and haven't had that done yet, still orginall tires on car too. Not really looking to take car in soon, but just wanting to know.

I take mine to the Schamburg Mazda dealer. They do suck, no loaner. My rx8 was in warranty, the stupid car won't start before labour day weekend, and I got stuck with no car. I'm not sure but if the car is in warranty and needs to stay in the shop more than a day, they are required to give you a loaner. I wanted to complain to Mazda USA but didn't feel like wasting my time. I still take it there though,(kind of stoupid of me) because it's close to where i live. Anybody have a better dealership around Arlinghton Hts? I'll be happy to switch. There is a forum for RX8 and I think they have a post with dealerships and reputations, but I'm too lazy to check it out. rx8club.com

Poop, I'm of no help, but Concours up here in Milwaukee is the awesomeness. Heck, they've given me free loaner cars when I just drop the Miata off for an oil change. Totally spoiled by them, and I wish I could take the Xterra there too.
