quick question for a friend

He's on business in Indiana, found a fizzer he wants to buy, and is leaving for home tomorrow. He can't get a trailer for it so I just told him to ride it. Only problem is getting pulled over on the way home. Is there a 5-day plate like in IL for a situation like this? I told him he could tear ass for the border and just plate it in Iliinois

HDTony.... Damn glad to meet you!

Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it.

A friend who went to school with me in Iowa bought a bike without warning when we were on a road trip at Ohio State. He rode the bike all the way home without plates and didnt have any probs. He said that he just had the proof of purchase and title in case there was any question about the bike. I wouldnt worry about it.
