in need of legal advice

I got a ticket last year on 4/26/02. Had court date 7/30/02. License was suspended from 8/21/02 to 10/21/02. Now, I just got two tickets this evening 4/14/03 1) speeding 90mph 2) improper lane usage. My question is will my license be suspended again? Or can I just expect fines $$. I think I'm f***ed. Anyone with good info, please let me know.

Sorry to hear that John (it's PJ). Get yourself a lawyer. Hopefully he'll be able to cut a deal with the prosecutor to maybe drop one of the charges and get supervision on the other one including probably a decent sized fine. In that case you're license is probably safe, but it's hard to say how it will work out. Obviously a lawyer can give you a lot better idea.

If you plead guilty on both your license probably be will suspended again, but I'm not 100% on that.

If you ever THINK you may need a lawyer...you probably do.

there was huge thread last summer on something similiar. So members had a minor (if 100mph is minor) tickets...and got off with fines only.

I can give ya some advice but your probably not gonna like it.

Slow the F down!!!

I had 3 tickets last year and am babying it cause of that. obviously your license doesnt mean too much to you if your still riding like that after being suspended.

(not meant as a flame, just wake up call)

HDTony.... Damn glad to meet you!

What I would do is wipe my ass with those tickets and just mail them in.
