Moot point. They would have just surrounded the house til the warrant came down. I found that out the hard way once.

i still would have tried. never know, judge doesn't give a warrant, or any of 100 other things...

it's one thing if I have a little bit, enough that a judge might show you leanency because you cooperated. But 2300, fuck that cooperation, no way cop, next thing I do is call my atty.
